How to grill a whole chicken

Hi today am going to discuss my favorite recipe that is grill the whole chicken

INGREDIANTS:
   

                            Whole Chicken- 1
                            Soya sauce     - 1 spoons
                            Vinegar   - 2 spoons
                            Egg       - 1
                            Coriander powder - 3 spoons
                            Red chilli powder - 3 to 4 spoons
                            Salt -   as per the taste
                            onion - 1
                            curry leave - 1\3 cup
                            Coriander leaves -1\3 cup
                            Tomato - 1
                             
PREPARATION :
                           
*Take the mixing bowl and put the soy sauce and vinegar and smash the egg and add to the mixed bowl and add the coriander powder and red chilli powder to it and add salt and mix it well and apply to chicken

*and cut the onion and keep it inside the chicken and tomato also put it inside the chicken and put the curry leaves and coriander leaves and tie the leg and wings with the thread and put some and butter on the top of the chicken and put it in oven and grill  for 30 min one side and 30 min another side and after grilling remove it from the oven and sprinkle some coriander leaves and it is ready to serve

how to make gobi manchurian at home

Hi friends today i want share a vegetarian recipe that is gobi manchurian

INGREDIENTS: 

Gobi - one flower
All purpose flour - 2 table spoons
Corn flour - 2 table spoons
Soya sauce - 2 to 3 spoons
Vinegar  - 2 spoons
Tamato sauce - 4 spoons
Sugar - pinch 
Salt - as per the taste
Capsicum - one (chopped into long )
Onions - 2 chopped finely  
Tamato sauce - 3 spoons
oil - for deep fry 
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Garlic - 1 (finely chopped into pieces )
Green chilli - 3 chillis (chopped into long)

PREPARATION :-

  • Take the gobi and then cut into pieces then that pieces keep it a side and take a bowl and pour some water and then after put that bowl on the stove and boil that water upto 10 min 
  • After switch off the flame and put the gobi pieces in hot water and wait for 5 min 
  • Then after drain them and take a bowl and put the all purpose flour and corn flour in it and put the salt and mix it and put the  gobi pieces in it and then mix it well that flours have to stick to that gobi (here u can use some water to mix that)
  • Then after take a pan and pour oil init and fry that gobi pieces in oil and fry untill become golden color

  • Keep that fried gobi's a side  then take a pan and take 3 spoons of oil and put the garlic pieces and ginger garlic paste and then add onion and add capsicum to it  and then add the green chilli's and then add soya sauce and venigar and add tamato sauce and mix it well and then add red chilli powder and then add salt to it and mix it well and then add sugar and add salt as per the taste to it and then take  1 spoon of corn flour and mix it with the water and then pour that mixture into the pan and then mix it well and then  add the fried gobi to it and then mix it well and then add the coriander leaves and mix it well and transfer that into the serving bowl ,tasty tasty gobi manchurian is ready to eat
