home made biscuits

Hi friends today we are going to make special dish that is biscuits ,why we need to buy biscuits outside we can make the biscuits at home with simple ingredients

INGREDIENTS :

Maida - 1 cup
Sugar  - 1/2 cup
butter - 1 cup
venila essense - 2 to 3 drops
milk: 1/3 cup

Preparation :-

• Take  maida in to the mixing bowl and add sugar powder and add butter and venila essense and mix it well and add milk to it and mix it well and take the plate and greese it with butter and and take the little amount of dough and make a round and  put it on plate 
• anbd then take a bowl and put some sand or salt to it and place the stand and then  turn on the flame and make sure its hot 
• And then put the plate with biscuits mixture and cook it up to 20 to 25 min in middle you can check it with toothpick once its done turn of the flame and let it cool in air and serve it
