How to make chicken pickle easily

Today i want to share the recipe that is chicken pickle can we start

INGREDIENTS :-

Chicken : 1 kg .
Coriander powder : 3 spoons
Ginger garlic paste : 4 tablespoons
Red chili powder : 2 spoons
Salt : as per the taste
Lemon juice : 2 spoons
Turmeric powder : pinch
Oil : to fry
Poppy seeds(gasagasalu) : 200 grams ( make it as a paste)


PREPARATION :-

* First take the chicken and add turmeric powder and salt to it put it on stove and cook until the water will decreases in chicken after drain the chicken and set a side
*Take a bowl and put it in a stove and pour some oil to fry.after put the chicken pieces and fry it up to golden brown in color.
*After take out the chicken pieces and take that it into a bowl.
*After remove the some oil from the bowl and after add poppy seeds paste and fry it after add 4 spoons of ginger garlic paste,after add coriander powder to it and fry it
*After add 2 spoons of red chili powder and salt and mix it well
*After switch of the flame and transfer this mixture into the another bowl.after heat the some  oil  add the chicken and masala mixture to the oil and mix it well after switch off the flame take bowl and set a side and after add the lemon juice to it and mix it well
*this we can store up to one month

how to make rasagulla at home easily

Hi friends today we will see some sweet that is rasagulla at home.

INGREDIENTS:

Milk : 2 litters
Sugar : 2 cups
water  : 2 cups
Lemon  : 2 t-spoons
Cardamom powder :  1 spoon
PREPARATION :

* First take a bowl and pour the milk in to the bowl and  let milk to stir and when milk is steering
add the lemon juice to it.
* Milk will separate  the  water and pannier then allows it to drain and let it cool for 30 min after take that pannier into the  plate and crush it and mix it like a dough and set a side.
* Take another bowl and add sugar and water to it and allows it to boil up to sugar melts after that put the sugar syrup in slow flame and take the pannier.
*Make a pannier into small bolls

 *After you  put the pannier bolls into the sugar syrup and let pannier bolls into double in size after that  add the cardamom powder to it and switch off the flame.
* when it cool up to room temperature put it in a freezer and the  Rasagulla   is ready to eat

How to make mutton easily

Hi friend today i want to share one recipe that is mutton making

INGREDIENTS:

Mutton : 1 kg,
Salt : as per the taste,
Red chilli powder : 3 spoons.
Garam masala : 2  spoons
Ginger garlic paste : 2 spoons
Coriander leaves : 1/2 cup
Mint leaves : 1/2 cup
water : 1 glass
Oil : 2 table spoons
Onions: 3 chopped
Tamato : 3 chopped
Turmeric powder: 1 t-spoon
Jeera seeds: 1/2 spoon


PREPARATION :-

*First take the bowl and add mutton to it  and add the red chilli powder and salt,garam masala,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and mix it well and then marinate the mutton up to 1 hour or 30 min

*After the 30 min take pan and add 2 spoons of oil to the pan,check the oil is heated or not when the oil is heated add the jeera seed and after add the onions let it fry for the 2 min after 2 min add the turmeric powder and give it a good mix ,fry the onions up to 2 min
*After add the mutton to the pan and mix it well after let cook for 5 min.after that add tamato's to the mutton let it fry for the 5 min after that add half glass of water to the mutton to cook mutton nicely
*Let cook the mutton upto 5 min after mix it and check once if the mutton is cooked or not, if the mutton it cooked put the coriander leaves and mint leaves to the mutton and mix it well after that take the mutton in to the serving bowl
* mutton is ready to eat
