Hi friends today we will see some sweet that is rasagulla at home.
*After you put the pannier bolls into the sugar syrup and let pannier bolls into double in size after that add the cardamom powder to it and switch off the flame.

INGREDIENTS:
Milk : 2 litters
Sugar : 2 cups
water : 2 cups
Lemon : 2 t-spoons
Cardamom powder : 1 spoon
PREPARATION :
* First take a bowl and pour the milk in to the bowl and let milk to stir and when milk is steering
add the lemon juice to it.
* Milk will separate the water and pannier then allows it to drain and let it cool for 30 min after take that pannier into the plate and crush it and mix it like a dough and set a side.
* Take another bowl and add sugar and water to it and allows it to boil up to sugar melts after that put the sugar syrup in slow flame and take the pannier.
*Make a pannier into small bolls
*After you put the pannier bolls into the sugar syrup and let pannier bolls into double in size after that add the cardamom powder to it and switch off the flame.
* when it cool up to room temperature put it in a freezer and the Rasagulla is ready to eat
