How to make bonda soup

 Hi hello everyone welcome to my blog this is sruthi today i wanted share  my favorite dish with its a karnataka break fast can we start lets go 



INGREDIENTS:

Green gram :  1 cup (husk -free)

Green chilli : 4 chillis

Fresh grated cocnut : 2 spoons

Turmeric : 1/2 tspoon

Musturd seeds ; 1/2 tspoon

Urad dal - 2 cups 

Ginger - 2 inches (slice it into small pieces)

coriander leaves - 1/2 cup

Salt- 2 spoons

Water - 5 glasses

Curry leaves - 1 bunch

Tomatoes - 2  

Oil - for deep fry 

Onion - slice it nicely

PROCESS :

*First grind the urad dal into soft add little bit of water to grind (don't add too much water consistency should be like a thick paste)

*Transfer that into another bowl and add 2 spoons of coriander leaves and add   1/2 teaspoon of ginger pieces and add salt and add  2 spoons of grated coconut and mix it well and keep it a side for a while

*Take a pressure cooker and add green gram and wash it and pour 2 cups of water and add 1/2 spoon of ginger pieces and turmeric powder and  add tomatoes(which is sliced) and add green chilli's

and  close the pressure cooker lid and keep it on stove and cook up to 5 whistles

*after the 5 whistles keep a side and take bowl and add two spoons of oil and add musturd seeds and let it fry for a min and then add curry leaves and pour the green gram mixture and cook it for two min consistency should be like  clear soup if u want u can add water for the consistency and  add salt to it and turn off the flame and keep it a side   

*take the kadai and pour oil to it add take the urad dal mix and make it small balls (like bonda)and fry it upto golden color take it  from the oil and keep it a side.

*take a small bowl of serving and add bonda and add soup to it and garnish with onions and coriander leaves and serve it with hot

how to make badam milk

 Hi hello friends this is me sruthi welcome to my blog today am going to share my favorite recipe that recepie everyone will like it even kids also that is badam milk 



INGREDIENTS:

milk -  2 liters

Badam - 1 cup

Soaked badam - 1/2 cup

cashew nuts  - 1/3 cup

cardamom - 4 

mace(japatri) - 2 

saffron  - 1 tea spoon ( soaked in milk for an hour)

custard powder - 2 spoons 

cashew nuts,badam,pista - 1/3 cup chopped ( for garnish)

sugar  - 1 1/2 cup

 PROCESSOR:-

* Take the milk and pour it in a bowl and boil it up to 20min on low flame after that switch it off the flame and keep it a side let it be cool down

* Take 1 cup of badam and cardamom and mace and custard powder and cashew nuts and sugar add it to mixer grinder and make it a fine powder and take it into a bowl and keep it a side.

*take the soaked badam add it to mixer and make it fine paste and take it out from the mixer and add it to a bowl and keep it a side 

*take the badam powder  and add it to milk and also add badam paste and  saffron milk and  mix it well and keep this badam  milk in freezer and let it cool and serve it cool 

* when you are serving garnich it with chopped dry fruits 

 SUGGESTION:- Badam powder u can prepare it and store it in a glass jar and keep it in fridge and u can use it when ever you want but badam paste u need grind at that time only
