Hi friends one of my friend asked me to post the chilli mushroom recipe , so my friends please try this recipe and enjoy it, It is easy to try at home ,friends stay at home and safe at home, thank you friends for ur support. Can we start our todays recipe chilli mushroom

INGREDIENTS:
PRE PREPARATION:
Maida - half cup
Corn flour - 1/4 th cup
Chilli powder - 1/4 th tsp
Pepper - 1/4 th tsp,crushed
Ginger garlic paste -1/4 th tsp
Salt - 1/4 th tsp
Water - half cup
Mushroom -8 halves
Oil - 2 cups (for deep fry the mushroom)
SEASONING :
Ginger - 1 inch ,finely chopped
Garlic -2 clove,finely chopped
Chilli - 2 slit
Spring onion - 2 tbsp,chopped (optional)
Onion - 1/4th petals
Capsicum - 1/4th cubed
Tamato sauce - 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce -1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1/4 th tsp , crushed
Sugar - 1/4 th tsp
Salt - 1/4 th tsp
Corn flour water - 2 tbsp
Spring onion - 2 tbsp ,chopped
METHOD :
* Take the bowl and add half cup maida and 1/4th cup of corn flour and add 1/4 tsp of chilli powder and add 1/4 tsp of crushed pepper and add 1/4 tsp of ginger garlic paste and add 1/4 tsp of salt (u can take the salt as per ur taste)and add half cup of water to it and mix it well with forming the lumbs mix it well
*And add the 8 mushroom halves to flour mixer coat it well and fry them untill mushroom turns into golden colour,fry it in a medium flame then only it wil cook inside and it gives nice texture
*Take the non stickpan and add 3tsp's of oil and add 2 finely chopped cloves and add finely chopped garlic and add chilli silt and saute it and add spring onion and saute it well and add the 1/4 th petals of onions and and add 1/4th cubed capsicum and saute it and then add 2 tbsp of tamato sauce and 1 tbsp of chilli sauce and add 1 tbsp of venigar and add 1 tbsp of soy sauce and add 1/4th tsp of crushed pepper and saute it well and add 1/4 tsp of salt and add 1/4 tsp of sugar and add 2 tbsp of corn flour water to it and saute it well then add the fried mushroom to it and saute it and add the spring onions and saute it and turn off the flame our chilli mushroon is ready to serve,serve it hot if you want you can garnish with the coriander leaves.
