how to make kashmiri pulao at home

hi frieds today we are going try a new recipe can we try before going to it ,friends all of you stay at home safe at home
Kashmiri Pulao Recipe - Saffron Rice with Fresh Fruits and Nuts

INGREDIENTS:

Rice  - 2 cups
Milk  -1/2 cup
Cloves -2 no's
Cream -1/2 cup
Water -4 to 4 1/2 cups
Cardamom -2 no's
Cinnamon - 2 no's
Bay leaf -1 piece
Ghee  -2tsp
Saffron - a pinch
Salt to taste
Cloves - 2 no's
kishmish (raisins)
pista
Badam(almonds) - 2 tbs
Coriander leaves - to garnish
Fruit - optional

METHOD :

*Clean the rice. Soak the rice in water for 10 minutes .In the cooker ,Heat ghee and add all the spices
and add saffron to the milk and soak for a while
*Add the rice and fry it for one minute.Add cream,saffron milk.Place the lid and switch to flame  and wait up to 5 vissels after switch it off the flame and wait for the cool down the heat then after open the lid,garnish the pulao with dry fruits and coriander
serve it hot
