How to make special bottle gourd curry

Hi friends today i wanted to share my favorite recipe

 Anapakaya or Sorakaya Palu Posina Kura | Andhra Style Bottle Gourd Curry in  Milk » ãhãram
INGREDIENTS: 

Bottle gourd - 1 (peel it and chop it in to fine pieces )
Jeera - 1 spoon
Milk - 250 ml
Salt - as per the taste
Green chilli paste - 4 spoons
Oil - 3 spoons
Onion - 2 onion pieces
Turmeric powder- pinch 

 METHOD :
* Take the bowl and place it on stove and when it is heated up add oil and add jeera and fry it and  add onions and saute it well let it cook of 2 min and then add turmeric powder and saute it cook for 2 min and then add bottle gourd pieces and saute it and let it cook for 10 min and then add  salt and saute it well and cook it for 5 min and then add green chilli paste and then saute it well and cook it for 5 min and add milk and saute it well and cook it for 5 min and switch off the flame yummy hot bottle gourd milk curry ready , serve it with roti or rice or chapathi or dosa enjoy it friends
