INGREDIENTS :
Jaggery : 1\2 kg
Bengal gram : 1/4 kg
Cardamom powder : 2 teaspoons
All purpose flour : 1\2 kg or(wheat flour)
Ghee : 2 cups
Water
PROCESSOR :
* Take pressure cooker and put a bengal gram to it and soak it and pour water to cook the bengal gram and cover with lid and put the pressure cooker on stove and wait for upto 5 vessels
* After switch of the flame and set a side
*Take another bowl and add all purpose flour (wheat flour) mix it with 2 table spoons of water add the ghee or oil to mix it like this consistency
*After rest the dough up to 30 min
*Remove the lid from the pressure cooker and mash it and take the pan and add the jaggery to the pan and add water to it and put the pan on stove and stir it well
*When the jagger syrup comes thick add the bengal gram mix and mix it well cook the mix to became the thick
*Switch off the flame and let cool down the bengal gram mixture
*Take the all purpose flour dough and take the small portion of dough and make a round boll
and take the bengal gram mix and take the small amount of bengal gram mix and make round boll

*Make the dough as small puri's and put the bengal gram mix on puri and close it make it as puri
like this

* After making the all the stuffed puris take a pan and let the pan is heat and then grease the pan with ghee and add stuffed puri's and fry it 2 sec both side after add ghee for both sides and fry it up to stuffed puri's became into golden color.
* Bobbatlu are ready to eat serve it with a ghee
