Ghee mysore pak making

Today we will Make a  mysore pak making at home


INGREDIENTS :

 Besan flour : 1\2 kg
 Sugar : 1\2 kg
 Ghee : 1 kg
 Water : 1\2 liter
 Elachi  powder :1 spoon

PROCESS :-

* Take a pan add 2 spoons of ghee into the pan and put besan flour and fry it for 5 min mix it well and switch off the flame  and  set a side

* Take a bowl and add sugar and add water and put the bowl on stove and stir it sugar water comes bubbling add elachi powder to the sugar syrup

* After pour the besan powder into sugar syrup and mix it thoroughly with out forming the lumps

* Put the ghee on another side  stove and heat it and pour it in a besan flour and  mix thoroughly when the ghee floats in mixture before switch off the flame take a plate and greez the ghee to the plate and pour a besan mix into the plate and spread the mix equally and let the mixture is to cool down

* When the mixture is cool down cut into pieces and the Ghee mysore pak is ready to serve
