Gulab jamun making with bread

today special dish  making gulab jamun with bread


INGREDENTS :

Bread slices : 5 slices
Gulab jamun mix : 1 packet
Sugar : 2 cups
Elachi powder : 1 tea spoon
Raisins(kishmish) : 20 grams
Milk : 1 cup
Ghee : to fry the jamuns
Water : 1 cup
 
PREPARATION:

*First take the bread slices and cut the edges and mash it  and take a bowl add the gulab jamun powder and add mashed bread slices and mix it with the milk mix it like a chapati dough rest it up to 30 min.

Take another bowl add sugar to the bowl and add water and stir it up to sugar melts and water comes to bubbles

then turn off the flame and put a side and take the jamun mixer  some portion and make it as a round and middle of the jamun mix  put raisins and make it as a round.

then fry it in a ghee .

after jamuns fried put the jamuns in a sugar syrup

after adding the jamuns into the sugar syrup cool it up to 30 min freez it in freezer after cool down gulab jamun is ready to serve
