vaamu leaves bajji making

Today we will make a vaamu leaves bajji making

 INGREDIENTS: 

Vaamu leaves : 10 to 20 leaves
Green chilli : paste 4 spoons
Besan powder : 1\2 kg
Salt : As per the taste
Vaamu : 2 tablespoons
Baking soda : pinch 
oil : for fry the bajji
Water : 2 to 3 glass
Jeera : 2 spoons


PROCESSOR :

* First take one bowl and add besan powder and salt,baking soda,green chili paste,vamu,jeera,and mix it well and add the water and mix it well like this consistency

* Take the vaamu leaves and wash it thoroughly and drain it up to 10 min  heat the oil and take the vaamu leaves and dip it in a besan mix and deep fry it.
* Fry the bajji turn into golden color and take it out put it in a serving plate

*Hot vamu bajji is ready to eat vaamu (carom) leave is good for health it gives relief  from stress and anxiety
