HOW TO MAKE CRISPY PESARA GARELU
Hi friends today i want to yummy recipe crispy pesara garelu
Ingredients :
Green gram : 1/2 kg
Green chilli : 7 to 8 chilli"s
Onions : 2 small
Jeera : 1 tspoon
Salt : 1 tspoon
Coriander leaves: 1/3 cup
curry leaves
oil : for deep fry
MAKING PROCESS :
* Take the bowl and add green gram and let soak upto 4 to 5 hourse then after wash the soaked green gram to remove the upper layer then drain the green gram in cloth or drain bowl
*when the total water drained then after put the soaked green gram in grinder then grindit coarsely
and take that mixture to bowl and keep a side then after take the mixer bowl and green chilli's and onions and jeera and coriander leaves and curry leaves to it and grind it like a paste
*then take the green gram mixture and add the green chilli paste to it and add the salt as per the taste and mix it well
*take the bowl keep it on stove and add oil to it when the oil to hot enough then take the some amount of green gram mixture and make it like this
*then drop this in oil and let it fry up to it turns to golden colour fry it two sides and then take it from the oil and serve it hot

HOW TO MAKE BISI BELE BATH AT HOME

INGREDIENTS:
Soaked rice : 1 cup
Toordal : 1/2 cup
Water : 6 cups
Onion chopped : 1/2 cup
Tamarind paste:1 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Red chilli : 2tsp
Bisi bele bath masala powder : 2 tsp
Asafoetida (hing): a small pinch
SEASONING:
Oil or ghee : 3tsp
Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
Curry leaves:2 springs
Ground nut : 1 tsp
Urad dal:1/2 tsp
METHOD:
*In the rice cooker add the soaked rice and dal ,1tsp ghee/oil, onion,turmeric,salt,water,and asafoetida(hing)
*Cover the lid and cook
*While the rice and dal is cooked in the rice cooker ,you can do the seasoning separately to save time
*Add tamarind pulp , bisi bele bath powder and add the prepared seasoning mix thoroughly.close the lid and keep cook for few minutes
*serve hot with cucumber salad or potato chips

How to make chicken curry

INGREDIENTS :
Chicken - 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Dy coconut powder - 2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 3 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
water - 1 glass
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
oil - 4 tbsp
Onion - 1 cup chopped
coriander leaves - 1/ 4 cup
METHOD :
*Take a bowl and add the chicken and add 3 tsps of ginger garlic paste and add 2 tsps of coriander
and add 3 tsps of red chilli powder and add 2 spoons of salt and mix it well and marinate the chicken upto 25 min
*Take a pan and add 4 tbsps of oil and add 1 cup of onions and saute it well and add turmeric powder and saute it again and let the onions cook for 2 min then after add the marinated chicken to it and saute it and let cook the chicken for 10 min and after add the 1 glass of water and cook it for 5 min in high flame and add 2 tsps of dry coconut powder to it saute it and let the water is to evaporate after add the coriyander leaves and saute it well and take it into serving bowl.here is your chicken you can eat with rice or chapati

How to make french fries at home



How to make pani puri at home

METHOD:
*Take a bowl and add 1 cup of suji rava and 1/4 cup of maida and add pinch of salt and mix it and slowly add light hot water and mix it all press it up to soft dough and keep a side for 25 min
*After 25 min divide that dough into some parts and press it like chapati and take one round mould or bottle cap to cut the chapathi in to round portions, make the total dough into round small puri's and after take a pan and add some oil to deep fry the puri's ,fry all the puri's and puri's keep a side
* Take the soaked yellow peace and transfer that into pressure cooker and cook it upto 3 vissels after switch off the flame and let cool down
*take the yellow peace mixure from the cooker andgrind it coarsely take a bowl and add 2 spoons of oil and add onion and fry it and add ginger garlic paste and saute it and add chopped tamatoes and cook it for 2 min after add yellow peace mixture and saute it well and add 1 tsp coriander powder to it and add 1 tsp of chat masala and add salt and 1 tsp of red chilli powder and mix it well and cook for 3 min and add 1/4 cup of water and mix it well and cook it for 2 min and switch of the flame and keep a side
*Take the mixer bowl and add 1 cup of coriander leaves and 1/2 cup of mint leaves and add ginger and chilli and some salt and add spoon of chat masala and grind it untill smooth paste after take the paste into another bowl and add 2 glasses of water and mix it with spoon
*puri and masala and pani completed our pani puri is ready to eat

how to make kashmiri pulao at home

INGREDIENTS:
Rice - 2 cups
Milk -1/2 cup
Cloves -2 no's
Cream -1/2 cup
Water -4 to 4 1/2 cups
Cardamom -2 no's
Cinnamon - 2 no's
Bay leaf -1 piece
Ghee -2tsp
Saffron - a pinch
Salt to taste
Cloves - 2 no's
kishmish (raisins)
pista
Badam(almonds) - 2 tbs
Coriander leaves - to garnish
Fruit - optional
METHOD :
*Clean the rice. Soak the rice in water for 10 minutes .In the cooker ,Heat ghee and add all the spices
and add saffron to the milk and soak for a while
*Add the rice and fry it for one minute.Add cream,saffron milk.Place the lid and switch to flame and wait up to 5 vissels after switch it off the flame and wait for the cool down the heat then after open the lid,garnish the pulao with dry fruits and coriander
serve it hot

home made biscuits
INGREDIENTS :
Maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
butter - 1 cup
venila essense - 2 to 3 drops
milk: 1/3 cup
Preparation :-
- Take maida in to the mixing bowl and add sugar powder and add butter and venila essense and mix it well and add milk to it and mix it well and take the plate and greese it with butter and and take the little amount of dough and make a round and put it on plate
- anbd then take a bowl and put some sand or salt to it and place the stand and then turn on the flame and make sure its hot
- And then put the plate with biscuits mixture and cook it up to 20 to 25 min in middle you can check it with toothpick once its done turn of the flame and let it cool in air and serve it
