How to make chicken pickle easily

Today i want to share the recipe that is chicken pickle can we start

INGREDIENTS :-

Chicken : 1 kg .
Coriander powder : 3 spoons
Ginger garlic paste : 4 tablespoons
Red chili powder : 2 spoons
Salt : as per the taste
Lemon juice : 2 spoons
Turmeric powder : pinch
Oil : to fry
Poppy seeds(gasagasalu) : 200 grams ( make it as a paste)


PREPARATION :-

* First take the chicken and add turmeric powder and salt to it put it on stove and cook until the water will decreases in chicken after drain the chicken and set a side
*Take a bowl and put it in a stove and pour some oil to fry.after put the chicken pieces and fry it up to golden brown in color.
*After take out the chicken pieces and take that it into a bowl.
*After remove the some oil from the bowl and after add poppy seeds paste and fry it after add 4 spoons of ginger garlic paste,after add coriander powder to it and fry it
*After add 2 spoons of red chili powder and salt and mix it well
*After switch of the flame and transfer this mixture into the another bowl.after heat the some  oil  add the chicken and masala mixture to the oil and mix it well after switch off the flame take bowl and set a side and after add the lemon juice to it and mix it well
*this we can store up to one month

how to make rasagulla at home easily

Hi friends today we will see some sweet that is rasagulla at home.

INGREDIENTS:

Milk : 2 litters
Sugar : 2 cups
water  : 2 cups
Lemon  : 2 t-spoons
Cardamom powder :  1 spoon
PREPARATION :

* First take a bowl and pour the milk in to the bowl and  let milk to stir and when milk is steering
add the lemon juice to it.
* Milk will separate  the  water and pannier then allows it to drain and let it cool for 30 min after take that pannier into the  plate and crush it and mix it like a dough and set a side.
* Take another bowl and add sugar and water to it and allows it to boil up to sugar melts after that put the sugar syrup in slow flame and take the pannier.
*Make a pannier into small bolls

 *After you  put the pannier bolls into the sugar syrup and let pannier bolls into double in size after that  add the cardamom powder to it and switch off the flame.
* when it cool up to room temperature put it in a freezer and the  Rasagulla   is ready to eat

How to make mutton easily

Hi friend today i want to share one recipe that is mutton making

INGREDIENTS:

Mutton : 1 kg,
Salt : as per the taste,
Red chilli powder : 3 spoons.
Garam masala : 2  spoons
Ginger garlic paste : 2 spoons
Coriander leaves : 1/2 cup
Mint leaves : 1/2 cup
water : 1 glass
Oil : 2 table spoons
Onions: 3 chopped
Tamato : 3 chopped
Turmeric powder: 1 t-spoon
Jeera seeds: 1/2 spoon


PREPARATION :-

*First take the bowl and add mutton to it  and add the red chilli powder and salt,garam masala,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and mix it well and then marinate the mutton up to 1 hour or 30 min

*After the 30 min take pan and add 2 spoons of oil to the pan,check the oil is heated or not when the oil is heated add the jeera seed and after add the onions let it fry for the 2 min after 2 min add the turmeric powder and give it a good mix ,fry the onions up to 2 min
*After add the mutton to the pan and mix it well after let cook for 5 min.after that add tamato's to the mutton let it fry for the 5 min after that add half glass of water to the mutton to cook mutton nicely
*Let cook the mutton upto 5 min after mix it and check once if the mutton is cooked or not, if the mutton it cooked put the coriander leaves and mint leaves to the mutton and mix it well after that take the mutton in to the serving bowl
* mutton is ready to eat

Chilli chicken making

INGREDIENTS :

 Eggs : 2
Oil : 1/2 cup
Chicken :1\2 kg
Corn flour: 2 spoons
Maida: 1 spoon 
Soy Sauce : 2 table spoons
Chilli sauce : 1 spoon
Capsicum : 1 cup
Onions : 1 cup
Green chilli : 1 spoon
Tomato sauce : 2 spoons 
Salt : as per the taste 
Red chili powder : 1 spoon
Ginger garlic paste : 2 spoons
Coriander powder : 2 spoons 
Coriander leaves : 2 spoons 
Turmeric powder : 1 t spooon 
Water : 3 spoons
PREPARATION :

* First take a bowl and add chicken and add the beaten eggs ,soy sauce, sauce,salt, red chili powder,chilli sauce and add corn flour and add maida to and add ginger garlic paste and mix it well and marinate the chicken up to 30 min
* Take a pan and add oil to it and fry the chicken until it become golden colour. After remove from the oil and set a side.
 *Take a pan and add oil to it and add onions and fry them a minute and add turmeric powder and mix it well and add the capsicum and fry for 1 min and after add the green chili and let them cook for a minute and add soy sauce and add tamato sauce and mix it well and add coriander powder and add salt and saute it  and  add 3 spoons of water and add corn flour water and mix it well  and add  fried chicken and cook up to 5 min after the chicken is cooked add coriander leaves and mix it well 
*Finally chili chicken is ready to eat

Egg fried rice making at home

Hi friends today i want to share a special dish egg fried rice making at home

INGREDIENTS :

Eggs : 4 or 5 ( beaten)
Cooked rice : 7 to 8 cups
Garam masala : 2 spoons
Coriander leaves : 1\2 cup
Cabbage : 1 cup (finely chopped)
Carrot :  1 cup (finely chopped)
Red chili powder : 1 spoon
Green chili : 5 (cut into pieces)
Oil : 5 table spoons
Soya sauce : 2 spoons
Tomato sauce :  3 spoons
Turmeric powder :1\2 tspoon
Salt : as per the taste
Coriander powder : 1 spoon

PROCESSOR :

* Take a pan and add oil to it and add beaten eggs and fry it for 2 min
* When the eggs are fried add onions and green chili and mix it next add pinch of turmeric powder and mix it
*Next add grated cabbage and grated carrot to the pan and mix it once the veggies are cooked nicely add salt and red chili powder and mix it well and add coriander powder and add soya sauce and tomato sauce and mix it well and add the garam masala and mix  and it well
* After add the cooked rice and mix it well let the rice fried up 2 min and then add the coriander leaves finally egg fried rice is ready to eat serve it as in hot

Rava laddu making method

INGREDIENTS:

Soji rava : 1\2 kg
Dry fruits : kishmish,cashew nuts
Dry coconut powder : 1\4 kg
Ghee : 1 cup
Milk : 1\2 litter 
Sugar : 1\4 kg
 
PROCESSOR :

*Take a pan and add two spoons of ghee let heat the pan and fry the dry fruits and take out and set a side and add rava to it and fry it

*Add dry coconut powder and fry for another 5 minutes

* After add the sugar and mix it well and  switch off the flame and add the fried dry fruits and adding the milk and make it as  round bolls

bobbatlu making

INGREDIENTS :

Jaggery : 1\2 kg
Bengal gram : 1/4 kg
Cardamom powder : 2 teaspoons
All purpose flour  : 1\2 kg or(wheat flour)
Ghee : 2 cups
Water  
 
PROCESSOR :

* Take pressure cooker and put a bengal gram to it and soak it and pour water to cook the bengal gram and cover with lid and put the pressure cooker on stove and wait for upto 5 vessels
* After switch of the flame and set a side
*Take another bowl and add all purpose flour (wheat flour) mix it with 2 table spoons of water add the ghee or oil to mix it like this consistency

*After rest the dough up to 30 min 
*Remove the lid from the pressure cooker and mash it and take the pan and add the jaggery to the pan and add water to it and put the pan on stove and stir it well

*When the jagger syrup comes thick add the bengal gram mix  and mix it well cook the mix to became the thick

*Switch off the flame and let cool down the bengal gram mixture 
*Take the all purpose flour dough and take the small portion of dough and make a round boll
and take the bengal gram mix and  take the small amount of bengal gram mix and make round boll

*Make the dough as small puri's and put the bengal gram mix on puri and close it  make it as puri 
like this

* After making the  all the stuffed puris take a pan and let the pan is heat and then grease the pan with ghee and add stuffed puri's and fry it 2 sec both side after add ghee for both sides and fry it up to stuffed puri's became into  golden color.

vaamu leaves bajji making

Today we will make a vaamu leaves bajji making

 INGREDIENTS: 

Vaamu leaves : 10 to 20 leaves
Green chilli : paste 4 spoons
Besan powder : 1\2 kg
Salt : As per the taste
Vaamu : 2 tablespoons
Baking soda : pinch 
oil : for fry the bajji
Water : 2 to 3 glass
Jeera : 2 spoons


PROCESSOR :

* First take one bowl and add besan powder and salt,baking soda,green chili paste,vamu,jeera,and mix it well and add the water and mix it well like this consistency

* Take the vaamu leaves and wash it thoroughly and drain it up to 10 min  heat the oil and take the vaamu leaves and dip it in a besan mix and deep fry it.
* Fry the bajji turn into golden color and take it out put it in a serving plate

Ghee mysore pak making

Today we will Make a  mysore pak making at home


INGREDIENTS :

 Besan flour : 1\2 kg
 Sugar : 1\2 kg
 Ghee : 1 kg
 Water : 1\2 liter
 Elachi  powder :1 spoon

PROCESS :-

* Take a pan add 2 spoons of ghee into the pan and put besan flour and fry it for 5 min mix it well and switch off the flame  and  set a side

* Take a bowl and add sugar and add water and put the bowl on stove and stir it sugar water comes bubbling add elachi powder to the sugar syrup

* After pour the besan powder into sugar syrup and mix it thoroughly with out forming the lumps

* Put the ghee on another side  stove and heat it and pour it in a besan flour and  mix thoroughly when the ghee floats in mixture before switch off the flame take a plate and greez the ghee to the plate and pour a besan mix into the plate and spread the mix equally and let the mixture is to cool down

* When the mixture is cool down cut into pieces and the Ghee mysore pak is ready to serve

chicken soup making

Hi friends today's special dish chicken soup  so let's start the recipe
Hot and sour chicken soup/Chinese hot and sour chicken soup
INGREDIENTS :

Egg :  1 
Chicken : 200g
water : 4 glass of water
Cabbage : 1\4 cup
Carrot : 1\4 cup
Black pepper  : 6 to 8 
Green chili : 4 to 5
Cinnamon stick : 4 inches
Cloves : 3 to 4
Cardamom pods : 2 
Star anise : 1
Coriander seeds : 1\2 spoon
Coriander leaves : 1 spoon 
Tomato : 2 finely chopped
Tomato ketchup : 1 tea spoon
Corn flour : 1 tea spoon
Onion : 2

PROCESS:

* Take a bowl and add the cabbage,carrot,black pepper,green chili,cinnamon stick,cloves,cardamom pods,star anise,coriander seeds,coriander leaves, chopped tomato's,chopped onions,and add 2 glasses of water to it

* put the bowl on stove stir it after 2 min add the chicken pieces and stir it up to 15 min on low flame after switch off the flame and drain it into one bowl and remove the spices from it 

*Take that water and put it on stove put a low flame and add drained veggies and chicken pieces to the water and stir it upto 10 to 15 

*After add the egg to it after adding the egg mix it well the egg will floats on water after that add the tomato ketchup and mix the corn flour into 2 spoons of water and add that into the soup and stir it up 10 min after that switch off the flame 

*Garnish the soup with coriander leaves, Soup is ready to serve.serve it hot

chicken biryani making with pressure cooker

Todays special dish is chicken biryani

INGREDENTS  :
  
Basmati rice : 3 cups
Chicken : 1/2 kg
coriender powder : 1 spoon 
Ginger garlic paste : 2 spoons
Spices : Marati mogga,elachi,bay leaves, 5 inches cinnamon stick,1 tbsp cloves
Oil : 5 table spoons 
Onions : 3 (chopped)
Tamato pure : 1 cup 
Cashew nut powder : 1 cup
Red chilli powder : 4 spoons 
Green chilli :  5 chilli's (chopped as long)
Water : 5 cups 
Coriender leaves : 1\2 cup
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala : 1 spoon
Shahjeera :1\2 spoon
Jeera : 1 spoon
Boiled egg ; 1 egg

PREPARATION :


First take a bowl and put the chicken tin to the bowl and add the salt,ginger garlic paste and add the turmeric powder,red chilli poder, garam masala,coriender powder,tamato pure and  addcashew powder mix it all to gether nicely. rest it up to 30 min.

 take a another bowl and add the 3 cups of rice to it and soak the rice 2 times after pour the 5 cups of water into it and add the cinnamon stick and cloves, bay leaves, oil,salt,elachi let cook the rice up to 90% before cook the rice  prepare the chicken for it take a pan and add the 4 spoons of oil and add the jeera fry 1 sec and add the onions fry the onions and add turmeric powder and fry them for 2 min after add the marinated chicken to the pan and give it to a good mix and cover the pan with a lid and cook upto 10 min and mix it once and let cook the chicken  once the chicken is cooked take the rice which is cooked up to 90 % drain the rice and take the pressure cooker and put one layer of rice and one layer chicken repeat the process upto whole chicken and rice is  done.

after cover the pressure cooker with a lid and put the pressure cooker on stove with a low flame and wait for the pressure cooker vessel. when the pressure cooker gives one vessel put of the flame and let cool down the pressure cooker after cool down the cooker remove the lid and take the biryani into the serving bowl garnish with a boiled egg and coriendar leaves. chicken biryani is ready to eat

Gulab jamun making with bread

today special dish  making gulab jamun with bread


INGREDENTS :

Bread slices : 5 slices
Gulab jamun mix : 1 packet
Sugar : 2 cups
Elachi powder : 1 tea spoon
Raisins(kishmish) : 20 grams
Milk : 1 cup
Ghee : to fry the jamuns
Water : 1 cup
 
PREPARATION:

*First take the bread slices and cut the edges and mash it  and take a bowl add the gulab jamun powder and add mashed bread slices and mix it with the milk mix it like a chapati dough rest it up to 30 min.

Take another bowl add sugar to the bowl and add water and stir it up to sugar melts and water comes to bubbles

then turn off the flame and put a side and take the jamun mixer  some portion and make it as a round and middle of the jamun mix  put raisins and make it as a round.

then fry it in a ghee .

after jamuns fried put the jamuns in a sugar syrup
